At Leave A Light, we take great care in creating our Legacy Kits to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. As these kits contain printed materials, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
However, if your Legacy Kit arrives damaged, we are happy to provide a replacement of the damaged part(s). To request a replacement, please contact us at hello@leavealight.com.au within 7 days of delivery, including:
A brief description of the damage
Clear photos of the affected items and packaging*
Your order details
Once approved, we will send the replacement part at no additional cost.
All Legacy Kits have been hand-packed in Australia to ensure quality control and left our premises in undamaged condition.
