FAQs
Is this legally binding?
The Kit is not a substitute for legal advice or documents. It includes prompts and space to document your wishes, and helps you get organised so you’re ready to complete any legal steps you need.
Can I buy one for a parent or loved one?
Yes, the Legacy Kit makes a thoughtful and practical gift. It can open the door to meaningful conversations, too.
How long does it take to complete?
If you have everything on hand, you could complete it in about three hours. The kit's divided into 12 sections and it's recommended to do one or two at a time so as not to become too overwhelmed. Some of the sections are more practical, and others require a lot more thought (about things you may not have considered before).
